Handbrake Dmg Won't Eject Windows 7

Hello,
I've been ripping my DVDs to h.264 using my Powerbook and the appm Handbrake . It's been going great, but sometimes Handbrake just doesn't get the job.
I just tried The Nightmare Before Christmas, and Handbrake doesn't see the titles w/ the actual movie in it. It just sees extras and stuff.
I tried Finding Neverland, and it wouldn't even load the discs.
I know both movies work in DVD Player.app, and I definitely did launch them in DVD Player.app first before running the discs through Handbrake.
Does anybody have a solution? or maybe another app that puts DVDs in H.264? I'd prefer if the app did audio and video together, as I hate having to sync them myself like in the old days.

I'm not sure if we're discussing the same handbrake. The one I'm using specifically mentioned ripping a dvd using handbrake and I have around 100 single files that have been ripped using handbrake successfully. All I do is double click them and they play.
I followed the advice from hyvboots and handbrake still won't rip a disc (says no valid source code). I am loath to buy a replacement when Handbrake has been so good up to now. I also don't like the idea of 'turning off' SIP.
Jan 22, 2009 Handbrake stopped working with 5.1 Hey all, I have a bunch of DVD's ripped into my itunes, and it is a mix of 5.1 and 2.0. About 3 weeks ago or so, the 5.1's work just fine on my ITUNES, but the sound doesn't work on my apple tv. I'm not sure what the problem is.

Oct 04, 2005 Handbrake is really the only application for OS X that will auto-scan a DVD and allow you to easily compress to some kind of other file type. I too have run across DVD's that Handbrake just won't.
