  1. A high packsize arid lake will give you 1k rampage quite easily. Did it several times on my standard EK build that uses shadows and dust gloves. Hope that helps level 2 bigdonglover.
  2. If he does no damage, the clear speed buffs don’t do very much. Cons Without MF cullers, as stated above, party play becomes less preferable, and we run into the phenomenon from early D3, where people need to choose between playing with friends and playing efficiently – a choice which ruins the fun for some.
  3. Shock's minimum effect is 5%; any shock of lesser effect than that is discarded. The effect of shock is calculated using the following formula: 1 where D is the lightning damage dealt, T is the enemy's ailment threshold, and M is the sum of the attacker's increases to the effect of shock (normally 0%).
  4. The rampage pin does NOT increase your rampage gain when using Ogoun's abilities and should be avoided.-Having a party member using Loko is very beneficial to Ogoun as it allows you to be much more liberal with your spell use to ensure you are always fighting near.

'Reduced Mana <becomes> a better choice for reducing skill mana costs' - nope, if you need reduced cost you get it on the tree and use some dmg/leech/pen/whatever support in that red slot (I'm sure there are some builds that use it but is their number higher than before? srsly very much doubt it) edit or you just slap BM in there, problem solved
And worst change is putting almost all bosses in new version of maps into fucking small areas, where you can't kite well or dodge stuff. What a terrible idiot invented that I want say to him: dude flick you, seriously flick you very much.

The announcement is confusing. Reduced mana doesn't affect mana reservation, but he is talking as if it does currently. Wtf?

GGG good job on arctic armour, it finally is worth using
But its really bad job on what you did with enlighten taking place for reduced mana
this gem is too rare, takes too long to gain experience and in reality has to be vaaled where you have so slim chances of aining this bloody lvl 4 that it costs 15+ exalts. Not something obtainable for many casual players.
It would be much better if reduced mana still worked with auras.
It would give us options

well it wouldn't give you options, not really, because RM is much more mana reservation than enlighten.
lvl 1 reduced mana = 25% reduced mana
lvl 4 enlighten = 88% mana multiplier
having RM work again with auras would make enlighten pretty much useless again.

Precisely.
But not just that. For casuals who wants to run many auras RM will be just fine, for hardcore players who wants to dedicate i.e. 6l to auras they just add enlighten.
Now we only have the (not at full potential) hardcore version, that ain't healthy
