How Much Dmg Does Yassuo Take With Shield Up

First off, Yasuo passive has two parts, both of which would be fine as a passive on their own if you ask me, maybe tweaked a tad to stand alone, but all in all solid, sort of.
Part 1 - The Shield: For one thing, since Yasuo is an assassin, and assassins are SUPPOSED to be high risk champions, why is Yasuo given a big shield that recharges WHEN HE WALKS? I don't recall the specific post but I do remember Rioters discussing how assassins aren't given the same sort of sustainability as bruisers because it wouldn't be fair if a guy could dive in, blow up your back line, and then waltz out because he has a good amount of survivability. Zed has shadows, Kha has E reset and Talon has his ult, but those can all be misplayed, or nullified with a silence or something. I don't know how the guy works specifically, but I see that he can pretty much dash infinitely as it is, so why does he need a shield that goes up to 650 in the later game? It's not that big of a deal in lane, but when late game rolls around it becomes another story.
Part 2 - Doubled Crit Chance: Really now? Once you get 2 crit items (one of which being Infinity Edge 99% of the time) the guy crits on EVERY SINGLE HIT. Sure, they reduced his crit damage though, so it has to be balanced out, right? Not really, the guy is still hitting you with 220% damage on every single autoattack AND his Q AND STATIKK SHIV if it's built. That's kind of a lot of damage.
This is just the passive alone, the fact that the guy can dash so much, has no mana or energy to keep him from spamming every ability, and is able to block 'projectiles' (some of the things that wall blocks should in no way be considered projectiles in my opinion) just gives this champ too strong of a kit to me. Just my thoughts.

The editor who added this tag elaborates: Needs Ultimate data

Shield damage is an effect that certain attacks in the Super Smash Bros. games have. While they are mostly normal attacks, they deal bonus damage when their hitboxes connect with a shield. For example, Donkey Kong's Headbutt will do more damage to an opponent's shield than his forward smash since its hitbox has shield damage, despite his forward smash containing a much more damaging hitbox. The Fan and Marth's Shield Breaker are the most well-known examples of attacks that do significant shield damage. Quite a few attacks deal extra shield damage, but most such attacks do not have a high value for it.

There is a small minority of attacks that have the opposite effect: they deal less damage to shields than characters. This appears to only be present in Smash 64 and Ultimate, though it's likely that the effect exists in the other three games and is simply not used by anything.

Bonus shield damage is generally fixed; it is not increased by charging a smash attack, nor does it decrease when an attack is stale.

Attacks listed below contain attacks with shield damage. Unless stated otherwise, the entire attack has the effect.
