Oct 19, 2014 My personal fav is lvl 8 which is the only lvl that is clearly dividable by 1,5 due to its 3.5m pr AP value. Ralphy sits at 2.9m at lvl 5. Luck is very important in regards to crit chance. As from what Ive been able to find out its affects your chance to crit twice over. It requires level 39 to wield (one level higher than the armor) but has a 15% chance to inflict poison, does bonus damage, increased critical chance and damage, and increases your Aard intensity.

I’ve noticed a total lack of interesting heroes lately, the last fun to use heroes were (imo) dark Viking Ragnarok and field agent Rio. The only reason I found these fun
(and main 1 today) is because of the new ability they both share. This ability is seismic impact. I’ve decided that epic needs to add a new ability and a new hero to go along with it, that way we can have fun during this fortnitemares event. Here is my idea.

Here’s the skin it will use btw;

He would be a mythic/legendary outlander.
So the abilities would go like this;

1 star: Focused Acquisition.

level 1: Phase Shift.

level 2: Loot Llama.

level 2: Teddy.

level 5: in and outlander.

level 8: in the zone.

2 star: Mage’s Specialty — Hero pulls out a sceptre (the oracle axe from battle royale). when used it fires a continuous beam of energy dealing a base of 30 energy damage per shot
(5 more base damage than minigun. Power level boosts this). This however, prevents you from walking. Cooldown: 180 seconds.

level 12: Energetic Crits — Energy weapons have an extra 5% crit chance.

level 15: Explosive consequences — Headshots with Mage’s Specialty cause a freezing explosion, freezing enemies in a 2.5 tile radius for 3 seconds.

level 18: Diamond Llama.

If you have enemies that are closely grouped (took them by surprise or your DM keeps them grouped for reasons), your stacked features/abilities will be a miniature nuke before the enemy has a chance to act.Here are the steps, assuming you have a center target flanked by four enemy allies, and assuming you have advantage with your beast Initiative:1. Bonus Action - Cast Hail of Thorns (If you cast @ Lvl 5).2. Fire your longbow at the center target.3. We have Elven Accuracy which makes missing with your bow almost impossible.Damage:Your Ranger will be doing some sweet Dmg in day-to-day combat, but there is a scenario where your Ranger can do upwards of 250 Dmg in the first round of combat. 3 star: Too long? No problem — Mage’s Specialty now has a cooldown for 120 seconds
level 25: Phased and confused.

level 30: 1 Teddy, 2 Teddy — Holding a charge fragment allows teddy to stack up to two times. Uses 1 charge fragment after first teddy deployed.

Support Bonus: Critical Assault — Assault rifles have an extra 5% crit chance if they have a base of 10% crit chance.
